Stelé Perelli is an independent Law Firm set up by Daniela Stelé and Alessandra Perelli with offices
in Milan and Rome. They have combined their experience to give rise to a new entity intended to
meet the demand of a clientele composed of Italian and foreign corporations.
The Founder Partners, as well as the other members of the Firm, have acquired their expertise either
in primary Italian law firms and in international firms or as in-house counsel of multinational
corporations in Italy and abroad. Such expertise results in good knowledge of the business and the
legal systems of other countries, as well as high-quality, consistent and timely services through a
supple structure aimed at encouraging the direct involvement of the Partners of the Firm vis-à-vis
clients.
The Firm also maintains solid relationships with Law Firms in other jurisdictions and Italian
independent Law Firms specifically qualified in criminal law and other fields in which the Firm
does not have specific skills. The Firm is a member of Brandi Partners, an international network of
independent Firms sharing the same values and working together through the offices in which each
Firm is established, i.e., Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Paris, Istanbul, Lisbon, Dubai, Milan, Moscow.
Stelé Perelli mainly assist domestic and multinational companies in various fields and, in
particular, luxury goods, IT, pharmaceutical, food and consumer products, engineering and
industrial design.
